The Bonus Room adds 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (twin over twin) and 2 full bathrooms. THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE INSTANT QUOTE IS BASED ON THE 6BR/5BA. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BONUS ROOM. The Bonus Room will be quoted upon request or more than 20 guests.
